With more than two decades of experience working with some of the biggest names in retail - including Saks 5th Avenue, Zara, Barnes & Noble, and John Hardy - Jennifer is a merchandising, brand-building, and business development professional who has honed her expertise in multiple facets of the industry. She founded Cocoon Consulting with a desire to use her extensive knowledge and passion to help brands realize their full potential - whether a big retailer, small startup, brick and mortar storefront or an eCommerce site she has done it all.

Key to Jennifer's success is her unique combination of business savvy and gut instinct. She is able to tackle both left and right-brained tasks with equal aplomb, not only can she dig into a business and figure out how to optimize it’s growth, but she has a knack for branding and predicting what products will resonate with consumers. With an honest, open-minded and direct approach, she works in partnership with her clients, serving as a trusted advisor who can collaborate effectively with all involved. From creatives to those in marketing and sales she hears your voice.

Outside the office, Jennifer is a fitness fanatic and enjoys inspiring others to get up and go! She has a passion for learning about other cultures, and having traveled to over thirty countries she makes it a priority to get out and experience the world. When she is home, Tito, her rescue pup from Puerto Rico, rules the roost.
